1. Introduction

These FireRTC Service Terms and Conditions, together with any operating rules, policies, price schedules, or other supplemental documents expressly incorporated herein by reference and published from time to time, constitute the entire agreement between REDACTED Systems LLC (“Vaquita”) and the user (“You”).

2. Definition of Service

FireRTC is a tele-information communication service that uses a data network to transport voice communications converted into data packets.

3. Revisions to Terms and Pricing

Vaquita (me) may revise terms and pricing at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of revisions.

4. Customer Representations

You must be of legal age and provide accurate information. You agree to update REDACTED with any changes to your personal or billing details.

5. Use of Service

• Service Plans: Personal and business use only. No resale or transfer without permission.
• User Responsibility: You are responsible for all use of your account.
• International Use: You are responsible for compliance with local laws and ISP terms.
• Account Ownership: Ownership is tied to the original registrant unless legally transferred.

6. Service Distinctions

• No Emergency Calls: FireRTC does not support 911 or emergency services.
• No Operator Assistance: Services like 0+, 411, etc. may not be supported.
• Incompatibility: May not work with some non-voice equipment or broadband setups.

7. Length of Service

Service renews automatically unless canceled. Vaquita may disconnect service for non-payment or misuse. (Actually I will only disconnect your service if YOU call real numbers instead of scammers)

8. Fees and Charges

Includes activation fees, regulatory recovery fees, reinstatement fees, taxes, and billing increments.

9. Billing and Payment

You authorize Vaquita to charge your credit card for all applicable fees. Non-payment may result in service discontinuation. (False I won't charge you for anything. Due to the fact THIS IS ALL FREE)

10. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to comply with REDACTED’s AUP, which may be updated without notice.

11. Management of Your Data

Vaquita may monitor network performance and access your system settings for support. No guarantee of data storage. (I actually may not)

12. Limitations and Liability

Service is provided “as is.” Vaquita disclaims warranties and limits liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Vaquita against any claims arising from your use of the service.

14. Content

You are responsible for all content transmitted using FireRTC.

15. Privacy

Vaquita may access account features to detect fraud. Refer to the Privacy Policy for details. (Again I may not but sometimes in order to detect if you are calling real people instead of scammers I may do this)

16. Recording Conversations

You are responsible for complying with laws regarding call recording. Vaquita disclaims liability.

17. Dispute Resolution

18. CALEA Compliance

Vaquita MAY monitor communications as required by law.

19. Force Majeure

Vaquita is not liable for delays caused by events beyond its control.

20. Software Copyright

You may not reverse engineer or redistribute Vaquita's software. (I know it sounds silly but this is my software I had to reprogram this revival)

21. Miscellaneous

• Assignment: Vaquita may assign rights without notice.
• Entire Agreement: Supersedes all prior agreements.
• Severability: Invalid provisions do not affect the rest.
• Survival: Certain terms survive termination.
• Waiver: No waiver of future breaches.
